Butterfly Collector Event

Butterfly Collector (also called Catch Butterflies) is a guild-based event where members work together to grow their Butterfly Grove through nectar donations, sabotage rival guilds with lemons, and collect butterflies across three daily windows. Coordinating with your guild is key to hitting the nectar threshold for maximum rewards.

Note: Reward values and thresholds are community-sourced and may vary by server.

How It Works

The event runs across three 8-hour collection periods each day. During each period, your guild collectively donates nectar to grow your Butterfly Grove while using lemons to sabotage other guilds’ groves. After each period, members collect butterflies and can breed them for bonus rewards.

• Nectar increases your guild’s grove score
• Lemons reduce a rival guild’s grove score
• Butterflies are your personal reward — collected once per period, boosted by breeding

Nectar Donations

Nectar raises your guild’s collective grove score toward the reward threshold.

1. Open your guild’s Butterfly Grove and tap Details, or navigate to the event page directly
2. Tap Use Item to donate nectar to the grove
3. Your guild needs 20,000 nectar score per period (collective, not per person) for maximum rewards

Nectar items come from Nectar Item Chests, which drop primarily from killing bosses. Save them for this event.

Lemon Sabotage

Lemons let you target other guilds and reduce their grove score.

1. Find another guild’s Butterfly Grove on the map
2. Tap on it and select Use Item
3. The lemon reduces that guild’s nectar score

Lemons also come from Nectar Item Chests. Coordinate with your guild on which rival to target for maximum impact.

Collecting Butterflies

Butterfly collection is your personal reward from the event.

• Join your guild’s Butterfly Grove once during each 8-hour period — duration doesn’t matter, just joining counts
• After collecting, you can breed butterflies with guildmates to produce more for both of you
• Event quests reset daily, giving additional rewards for participation

General Tips

• Three windows, one join each — you can only join one collection per 8-hour period, so don’t miss them
• Hit 20k nectar collectively each period for max rewards — coordinate donations in guild chat
• Breed with guildmates after collecting to boost both your butterfly counts
• Save Nectar Item Chests from boss kills for this event rather than opening them early
• Focus lemons on one guild as a team for greater sabotage impact
